When it comes to where our food comes from, we take it seriously. When we can source it from a local farms and fishermen, we do. When we can’t, we’re committed to the highest quality vendors and products available. period.

We demand better ingredients in our food. In 2024 we removed processed seed oil, high fructose corn syrup, and enriched flours and grains everywhere possible! Let’s all hold our food to a higher standard.

Outside of the fryer, we use 100% healthy, cold pressed oils- We’re grillin’ with avocado oil, blendin’ with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and bakin’ with Coconut oil.

Our cast iron cornbread is made with Italian 00 flour. Why does this matter? The enriched and fortified traditional white flours in America contains folic acid and glyphosate. Its sorta a big deal, check out our you-tube channel and blog articles for more about why we believe keeping this stuff out of our diet is important.

All our sauces, dressings, and marinades are made w/out artificial sweeteners or chemical shelf stabilizers. Let’s leave chemicals out of our food.
