Our History
We first began catering in 2012 under our restaurant brand at the time “Flat Waves Food Shack”. In 2021 we officially founded Island Time catering with a clear purpose: to raise the bar on casual catering.
Island Time was built on a simple principle—casual doesn’t mean cutting corners. From clean, real ingredients to thoughtful execution and stress-free service, we set out to prove that relaxed events can be done with top shelf ingredients and great service.
